HXCP Intellgent Hardcover Case Production Line

The main part of the HX Intelligent Hardcover Case Production Line is the HX60 PLUS High-Speed Hardcover Case Making Machine, the production speed can up to 60 cases per minute. The online HX60R Hardcover Case Corner Rounding Machine is connected to make the round corner cases, more compact and beautiful, then the HX60F Case Turner will turn every other hardcover case over and then stack them, effectively protecting the surface of the hardcover case and avoiding scratch and deformation during stacking. It is also equipped with a collaborative robot that can pick up and stack the hardcover cases, freeing operators from boring and physically demanding work. The palletized hardcover cases are sent to the hardcover book production line using AGV to achieve automatic delivery and loading without stopping the production line.
