CP Intellgent Folding Production Line

CP Intelligent Folding Production Line includes 3 parts. Four or more CP gantry folding machines are produced in parallel. Different signatures from the same book are folded and produced at the same time. The signatures are automatically collected and bundled by DK520 Automatic Vertical Stacker and Bundling Delivery. After the DK520 Automatic Vertical Stacker and Bundling Delivery automatically presses and collects, bundles signatures, the signature bundles are marked with inkjet codes and sent to the conveyor belt. After the stacking robot reads the inkjet codes, the signatures are stacked and placed on the corresponding platen. The CP intelligent folding production line realizes the production of different signatures of the same book at the same time, at the same speed, and in the same quantity.
